Great turn out for the working bee and BBQ today. Drizzly and overcast to start but fined up as we went. Third pilot box resurrected (was flattened and broken by storm winds), all mowing/whipper snipping completed, water source (runoff from container) connected to container tank, irrigation pipe dug in from bore to runway, preparation for 3 risers completed along the runway edge, and portaloos cleaned. The sausages were well earned... Special thanks to Tom Allen for bringing and operating his excavator for the day. Beats digging...

The club has a new shed, funded by the Moorabool Wind Farm, for which we are very grateful. The pictures show the slab pour and then shed build. The shed will be utitlised to house field equipment and is an important step forwards in the development of the field infrastructure.
